1. What is a Veteran? The meaning today is someone who has served in the armed forces like the army or the navy.
2. What is Veterans Day? In the USA, it is the day we say “thank you” and remember the people who have fought for our freedom or serve in the armed forces to keep us free. We usually celebrate on November 11 of each year.
3. Suggestion: Draw an American Flag and put in a window of your home. Thank God for all of the people who work hard and for the people who have gone to heaven, because they keep and kept our country free!
