Rebuilding Our Foundation: How We Can Help America Heal

Welcome, Fellow Travelers,

Have you noticed how deeply we Americans rely on our infrastructure? From the winding back roads to the highways and bridges, we depend on these structures to keep our country connected. However, as recent hurricanes have shown us here in Western North Carolina, a single storm can wash them away instantly, leaving devastation in its wake. It’s a sobering reminder of how fragile these man-made systems truly are.

Yet, while reflecting on this, I am deeply grateful that nothing—no storm or sin—can destroy our unshakable foundation in Jesus Christ. There were times in my past when I tried to tear down my relationship with Him, believing I was too far gone to deserve even a mustard seed of forgiveness, mercy, or grace. But in His boundless love, He reached down, pulled me from the muck and mire I had gotten myself into, and embraced my messy, broken self—inside and out.

When I look at the state of our country today, I sometimes wonder why God would want to do the same for us. Why would He want to pull us out of the murky, broken state we find ourselves in? It’s hard to imagine, especially when many Christians have gone silent or turned away from Him. And while there are many reasons for our spiritual disconnect, the most heartbreaking is the tragic loss of innocent lives through abortion. In 2023 alone, over a million children were lost, and who knows how many since 1973.

Jesus’ words in Matthew 18:6 resonate so powerfully here: “If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in me—to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.” Can you imagine the weight of the consequences that our nation carries for allowing such loss?

So what can we, as individuals, do to reverse the course of this devastation and seek healing for our nation? There are tangible steps we can take to make a difference:

  1. Pray – Ask God for guidance on how you can be part of the solution. Whether it’s through personal action, supporting others, or simply standing firm in your faith, prayer is where transformation begins.
  2. Support organizations that help pregnant mothers—Many nonprofits and ministries are dedicated to providing resources and support for expectant mothers, helping them choose life for their babies. Volunteering or donating even small items like a baby blanket or clothes can significantly impact.
  3. Give what you can – Whether it’s your time, talents, or financial resources, giving, even in small ways, can make a difference for someone in need.
  4. Join a community of believers – When we come together as a faith community, we tap into an abundance of ideas, resources, and strength. God has equipped us with unique gifts, and by joining forces, we can achieve more than we ever could.

In times of crisis, whether from natural disasters or spiritual battles, we are reminded of how fleeting the things of this world can be. But our hope in Christ is eternal; through Him, we can rebuild what has been lost and restore what has been broken.

Let’s commit to being part of that rebuilding process—not just for our country, but for each individual life we encounter. With compassion, prayer, and action, we can be healing instruments in a world that so desperately needs it.

Choosing Love Over Hate: A Call to Unite Against Division

Hello Fellow Travelers,

It deeply saddens me to share that our nation—and my beloved home state of North Carolina—has become a breeding ground for anger, division, and hostility. Even those who serve the public, like FEMA employees, are facing threats to their lives. These are people who have dedicated themselves to helping others in crisis, yet they are now the target of misplaced rage. And what makes it worse is that our own government casts blame on these dedicated workers, who are simply following orders and trying to provide for their families.

If you’re angry, let it be at ourselves. We are the ones who have allowed this toxic environment to grow. We have let it fester through our votes, our silence, and our division. We need to survive not just the hurricanes; it’s the storm of hatred fueled by the leaders we have put in place.

Galatians 6:2 reminds us to “Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.” Our duty is to help each other, to lift each other up in times of need—not tear each other down. The anger and division we see today are in direct opposition to this call.

In Leviticus 25:35, we are urged: “If any of your brothers become poor among you in any of your towns within your territory that the Lord your God is giving you, do not be hardhearted or tightfisted toward your poor brother.” Yet, here we are, turning our backs on those who need our compassion the most. We have become hardhearted, not just toward the poor, but toward one another. This is not who we are meant to be.

1 Timothy 5:8 warns us: “But if anyone does not provide for his relatives, and especially for members of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.” How can we claim to love our families and communities if we allow hate to poison our hearts? How can we stand by while our neighbors are torn down when it is our responsibility to build them up?

This is a call to action. We must reject the division and hatred allowed to take root. We must return to a place of love, compassion, and responsibility for one another. It’s not too late to change the path we’re on—but we must act now.

Let’s bear each other’s burdens, open our hearts and hands to our brothers and sisters in need, and remember that the storms we face, whether physical or emotional, can only be weathered together.

Let’s choose love over hate. Let’s choose unity over division for the sake of our families, communities, and country.

Together, we can be the change.

ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY

Today marks one year since the tragic attacks on Israel by Hamas—a day forever seared in the collective memory of humanity. It was Israel’s own 9/11, a day of unspeakable horror when innocent lives were taken in cold blood. No one was spared from Hamas’ brutal rampage—young, old, men, women, and even children. Their thirst for blood knew no boundaries, and the world watched in shock as their violence spread like wildfire.

Three Americans remain in Hamas’ captivity, held as hostages. If they are still alive, it is a chilling reminder of a time when such an act would have stirred the full might of the United States. This nation once had an unshakable conviction—an understanding that no American life would be left behind. That was our unspoken promise, our collective creed. And now? Now we hear nothing but silence from our leaders—our President, Vice-President, Senators, and Representatives. The deafening silence will be replaced by the roar of righteous resolve.

But here is what Hamas underestimated: the iron will of the Israeli people. A resolve that refuses to crumble in the face of terror. And it should be a mirror to us. Once, America shared that same unwavering strength. Now, it feels as though we’ve traded it for whispers and complacency. If we don’t rise or speak out, the very freedoms that define us could slip away. We could wake up in a world where we are told where to live, where to work, and where to hide and worship. It is not a distant nightmare; it’s a clear and present danger inching closer by the day.

We must stand with Israel and for the values that shaped America—the same Judeo-Christian principles our nation was founded upon. If you question that, I urge you to study our history. Read the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the writings of our Founding Fathers. These are the bedrock of our liberties, and they are under threat.

Please pray for Israel. Pray for America. Pray for the strength to protect what is good and right in this world, and may we never be silent in the face of injustice.

Let us remember: Freedom is fragile, and silence in its defense is betrayal.

Hatred Brings Tumultuous Times

Those who fan the flames of hatred remain untouched by the venom they spew, sheltered by their wealth and power. They pass down their rancid legacy to the rest of us, burdening us with their corrosive influence. But here’s the truth: we don’t have to accept their toxic gift! We have the power to live with true integrity, guided by the profound plan Jesus laid out for us. Each of us is endowed with the gift of Christian discernment—a divine ability to view our lives and the world through the lens of God’s Word and apply that sacred wisdom to our everyday choices.

But then again, it is easier to hate than to love, blame others, or take responsibility for our actions. Getting instant news and information from influencers, actors/actresses, famous sports figures, or media icons is more accessible. What is happening in America is a culmination of our own irresponsibility, religious seatwarmers, and lukewarm Christians. We don’t want to step on the toes of organizations and people whose philosophy differs from ours. Can you hear the tree fall in the forest? Silence is not golden or good at this time in Christianity!

We have removed God from our Judeo-Christian country. Yes, that was one of America’s founding principles, and our younger generations have no clue. Why? Because they were not taught history, real history. Our founding principles are lost and will become myths and folklore if we do not correct them. What is happening in the Middle East is not “now” news; it goes back to the Ottoman Empire. You will be shocked if you begin to read up on history and how in tune it is with our Bible.

 And in our Bible, God tells Abraham in Genesis 12:3

“I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and pin you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”

I am deeply convinced that God is withdrawing His hand of favor from America, and in the coming months, we will be engulfed by rising tides of hatred, agitators, and troublemakers. The truth is that those who stir the pot are exploiting us for their gain—fueling their power and amassing wealth at our expense. Reflect on this: Are you relying on God’s divine discernment to guide your decisions, or are you being swayed by manipulative voices seeking to serve their interests? The choice is clear, and the stakes are high.

During our time back home, finding a nearby church has been challenging, which is crucial for me and my ever-present health issues. While watching local churches on YouTube on Sundays, we stumbled upon a church that immediately resonated with us. My husband and I were impressed by the church and its pastors, so we started tuning in on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. After four months, we’ve grown very fond of it. However, it turns out the church is located seven hours away in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Now we’re considering whether a move might be necessary. I’m sharing this because I believe being physically present in a church community is especially adamant during these tumultuous times.

My family and I will continue to look for a local church while watching World Outreach Church on YouTube. We will pray, treat others with respect, and openly demonstrate our values and love for Jesus for all to see.

We can turn America around back to the Judeo-Christian values the Pilgrims, and our founding fathers came to imbed into this land.

President Biden, Zelensky, and Putin: Do What Is Right By All!

I am sorry, but I cannot keep quiet. So here I go.

The events forced onto the world stage are disastrously frightening because being led to nuclear war is not want anyone wants to happen. And the saddest part is that our younger generation does not want to kill one another. So, why are we allowing it to happen?

When I view the whole scenario from the standpoint of a “cold war” child, I find myself ashamed! I am ashamed of America’s leaders. We know what it takes to make our country strong and invincible. So what do they do? Take away our strength. President Biden and his constituents only have to re-start the Keystone Pipeline and bring manufacturing back into the country; then, we will become an independent nation again! We will possess the ability to thwart invasion, lower inflation, and give our families a chance to thrive. Why not do this? Because President Biden and his constituents are a stiff-necked people. You know the ones Moses and God referred to in the wilderness. The people who almost lost our salvation because they loved a golden calf. Our leaders chase their golden calves daily, and look what they have lost us!

Stiff-necked people get nowhere in life and usually provide the ruination of the people they lead. Our prime example is what President Putin is doing to Russia, except he wants to take the world with him. I think President Putin is trapped in his ancient KGB world within his mind and can’t get out. Imagine walking through a time capsule tunnel. The cobwebs graze your head and face, and the stank smell infiltrates your nostrils, and the drip, drip, drip of a rusted water pipe pounding in your ears. As you make your way through the tunnel, flashes of pictures illuminate your path. There were visions of tanks, missiles, Holocaust camps, and their victims, soldiers marching in Hitleresk fashion, and then the BOMB!

Let me out!

For some insane reason, President Putin wants us to walk with him through his journey into the past. Well, I hope he turns into a pillar salt!

Then, we have President Zelensky emulating the words of Jesus in John 15:13. 

“Great love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friend.”

And the Ukrainian people are the friends of President Zelensky! He is not stiff-necked but willing to do whatever must be done for the people, even if it means laying down his own life. History will write about his heroism, courage, and the tremendous love President Zelensky had for his fellow man, woman, and child.

What do I think history will write about my American leaders? I believe history will portray them as dull-headed dopes for having tied their own hands into inappropriate action while acquiring their golden calves. And President Putin will be seen as a mad man, trying to re-live an unlivable past. He will be ridiculed, and any good Russia has done will be lost in the damage of the war. Shame on all of them!

My Prayer.

Heavenly Father,

I come before your throne of grace, mercy, love, and protection and lift the Ukrainian people. Supernaturally protect President Zelensky, his cabinet members, and those with him. Please fold them beneath your wings of protection and send your angels to fight for them on the battlefield against the Russians.

Please speak peace into President Putin’s heart and his constituents. Please speak logic and take away the greed in President Biden’s heart along with his associates. Give President Biden a vision of the greatness he can accomplish by helping America succeed.

Peeking Out My Tent Flap, One More Time

As the pandemic raged on and with the ever-changing guidelines, we decided to do what we thought best to keep our family safe. Didn’t you do the same? So, part of our garage became a decontamination zone. Being careful meant showering after going out and utilizing pick-up and delivery. Clorox and Lysol became our pantry’s mainstay. And, our daily existence changed, as did everyone else.

The world kept moving forward, with death tolls rising. Covid began in a controlled laboratory, and it was taking full advantage of its newfound freedom. My mind raced again during this time. Was it a controlled laboratory? Or was it a way of genocide that got out of hand? Maybe Covid was a test to see how other countries react to a pandemic and where their vulnerabilities lie. Not only was my mind racing to the outer edges of conspiracies, but the output of public information was more erroneous than truthful. Who were we to believe? I found it necessary to become a scientific researcher and utilize my logical brain for making decisions concerning Covid. I closed my social media apps and turned off the news.  

It was during this time that I was reminded in Acts 17:11, even the bible says to find out for yourself, do your due diligence! And for those of you who did, I commend you. And for those of you who glued yourself to social media, news outlets, and other erroneous outlets, it is time you learn how to research, discover and think for yourself.

“These were nobler than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.”

I did find it funny and sad that some Americans still had their “American” way about them during this disastrous time. Self-centeredness and blatant, vicious retaliation at those who did conform to safety protocols were seen daily. Aren’t we free in America to make decisions concerning ourselves and our families? Covid showered a bright spotlight on the truth of our self-centeredness, randomness, and nothingness, which is so rampant in America today. I would even call them the idols of our century. 

I asked myself more than once, “Why, oh why does God put up with America and not smite us down like Sodom and Gomorrah?” I can answer that question. It is because we still support Israel, and one day we will stop doing so. The smiting will come if it is not already happening. (Sorry, but I love the word smite!)

I am lowering the flap of my tent.

So, if God tells us to utilize the brains He gave us, why have we become so lazy in that area of our lives? Is it easier to live in lies than truth? Did the pandemic create a covering of fear which helped to progress social media’s agendas, brought out the liars, and propaganda spreaders to ensure its’ stranglehold on the people of the world? Yes and Yes!

But we can take this disease by the tail and shake it hard. We can find a way to live our lives harmoniously with one another and the disease.  It is all about living our truths daily for ourselves, our families, and our communities.  Respect and kindness should be the attitudes toward one another.  And realizing that what is our truth may not be someone else’s truth. And that is ok!

This is going to be an interesting journey as to where we will head.  Society and the landscape of most countries will be altered because of Covid. But never forget the One who is in control! If you are anxious, fearful, or have decisions to make, go to Him. He is waiting to comfort you, guide you, and love you through all times in your life!

Afghan Women’s Robotic Team Opening Doors

I am sure everyone knows what is going on in Afghanistan with the Taliban taking over since America decided to pull out.  Being that the Taliban are fundamental, hard-line Islamists, I worry along with the world that Afghanistan will return to its’ tribal system.  A system that honors killing for opposition and women resume slave-like existence.  Yep, we are already seeing it unfold in the news now.  The Taliban is going house to house and killing people.

Soapbox speech coming next.

America and her allies helped to stabilize the region and assisted all Afghan people to pursue their dreams for a better country, a better life.  But we mindlessly sent billions of dollars to the wrong Afghan administrators.  We made them wealthy and they were able to flee the country when the Taliban took over.  I think we should hunt them down and get our money back!  And one more thing I do not understand is that America has bases all over the world, why not leave one in Afghanistan to help the country remain secure.  Do not flood their country with our money, they can develop commerce just like the rest of the world!  Afghanistan has very valuable resources.

Stepping down from soapbox.

As the Taliban has started searching the homes, one lady was worried about the women on the Afghan Olympic Robotics Team. These are young women, ages 16 to 18, who were studying to be Scientists and Engineers.  Their dream of pursuing careers in these respected fields was about to end and maybe along with their lives.  Along comes Allyson Reneau, a 60-year-old Harvard graduate with a Master’s degree in international relations and US space policy.  She had the knowledge, the means, and a way to get the young ladies out of Afghanistan. But all the right doors had to open, they did, and the window of opportunity was “a now or never” scenario. So it was now!  God Bless Allyson Reneau for her fortitude and courage in getting those ladies out!  And thank God for providing Allyson, open doors, and windows of opportunities!

I believe God initiated his plan before the young women were born to give the ladies doors of opportunity for education, for meeting the necessary people, and for putting them in Allyson Reneau’s life.  And now He has opened the way for them to pursue their dreams and remind us that in the end, we win!  (Read Revelation and you will understand Jesus defeating satan/evil.) We all have doors and windows of opportunity in our lives. Some we don’t see until after the fact and some present us with a which way to go predicament.  Be sure to pray and allow God to lead your way. God is the real eye and door opener.

Pray for Afghanistan and pray for our own leaders to possess good discernment concerning the volatile situation.  Pray for the Afghan Robotics team, for Allyson Reneau, and her family. If ever there was a time to pray it is now!  Scientifically the world is slowing down but humanity is reviving up the evil and only God can cover us with His protective hem of His garment!

Heavenly Father,

I come before you to ask that you forgive me of my sins and forgive America for her sins.  Father, I ask that you put your hem over the Afghan people and protect them from the evil that has now taken over their country.  I ask for wise discernment to be given to our President and those who are his advisors.  Open their eyes to the evil they have opened the door for it to go through!  I ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior! Amen!

Choosing Heros

What are the qualities of a hero? What classifies a person as a martyr? The dictionary defines a hero as “a person who is admired or idealized for courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities.” It describes a martyr as some who “who is killed because of their religious or other beliefs.” Here in America, we create our heroes from people who have personas, wealth, and tragedy. And we are not too picky in our choosing either, for in a moment of poor decisions and dreadful actions any situation can form a hero or martyr for us.

Since these are the individuals we use to model our own behaviors from and hold them up in a place of honor for our children, along with building our social beliefs and actions around, I think a set of guidelines should be followed. I am the first one to tell you that my own life is not one to emulate, honor, or even notice. My rocky path has been fraught with bad decisions and a huge learning curve. I did not come to know Jesus as my Lord and Savior until my children came along. Oh, as a child I longed for Him, I knew He was there and deep in my young heart was love and kindness. But my family was a more of a hit or miss type of Christianity, with more misses than hits.

Before I go on, I want to tell you a bible verse which if you read it each day, it will help you to move on from your destructive or cursed past and move forward into the path God has prepared for you. I recently found it and it is becoming my daily mantra.

“Nevertheless, the Lord your God would not listen to Balaam, but the Lord your God turned the curse into a blessing for you because the Lord your God loves you.” Deuteronomy 23:5. And as a side note, Balaam was a sorcerer during early times. The sorcerer for you could be anyone who has done harm to your life. Always remember, the Lord your God loves you!

Moving on concerning choosing our heroes and martyrs. You know me, I found a bible verse that I believe is a great guideline for their selection. It comes from the Apostle Paul in Philippians where he is describing how they should live their lives as Christians.

“Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything of worthy praise, think about these things. What you have learned and received, and heard, seen in me, practice these things and the God of peace will be with you.” Philippians 4:8-9

The guidelines are that a person must be true, honorable, just, pure, lovely (kind), commendable in actions and beliefs, excellence, and is praiseworthy. And they must also put into their words, actions, and beliefs these qualities, not just one time or moment in their life but every day. Now I am not saying they must be these superhumans of biblical perfection, for they are fallen humans like you and me. But they strive to attain these qualities every day, even on the days they fall deep into the valley floor. Martin Luther King Jr is one of these individuals who comes to my mind and he had his human side too.

So before we take an individual and exalt them to the position of hero only because we so desperately need or desire one, step back, look at the whole picture and write the truth for history!

NFL KNEELING CONTROVERSY? YOU KNEEL FOR THE LORD, YOU STAND FOR YOUR FLAG!

After this article is the first article I wrote, when I was angry at the NFL players who kneeled during our National Anthem and the Steelers who chose to stay in the locker room.  Just as the article below was an expression of my anger, and their decisions were an expression of their anger; it does not make either one of us right!

When I played sports if a team was not on the field by the National Anthem, it was considered a forfeit, not a political stance.  And since when could politics be solved in a professional sporting arena? Our problems can only be solved by working together and positive action, not kneeling.

Kneeling is a gesture I do before my Lord and Savior, when I humble myself, ask forgiveness for my sins, and strength to move forward in life.  Not a protest.  I can see Jesus, in my mind’s eye saying to me, “Joni, if you want true change, get up, get out there, and do something beneficial toward change!”

Isn’t that what He made us for anyway?

I don’t remember hiding in a locker room to be the answer to building homes for the homeless, providing education for the poor,  and feeding the hungry either!

We are told that, “Christian love is not a feeling but a decision to act in the best interest of others.” in Colossians 1:8.

The NBA player who chose to be vocal about his decision not to go to the White House with his team, wasn’t acting in the best interest of others. Instead he appeared to be afraid that if he did not go with the team, he would not have been missed.  So he had to continually make some noise.  Reminds me of a child having a tantrum!

To me kneeling is a show of disgrace and weakness on a sporting field.  Not the mindful gesture of helping others, and changing the division into a united front by honoring the flag which brought Americans together in hope!  Our flag is a symbol of Freedom and Sacrifice.  Kneeling is a symbol of defeat and separatism.

As for racial division and inequality; when you became a professional ball player, you left that all behind.  And honey, it goes both ways!

If you don’t like the way things are going in the United States of America, start a foundation to address your issues and work to solve them!

If you don’t like the way the President is running the country, run for office!

It is easy to have a lot of mouth, articulating nothing, and then no positive action.  Which makes you only appear to be garnering attention for yourself.  And to the American people who fill those stands each game day, buy those tickets and your merchandise; that is the statement you are making to us.  You want individual attention! You are not proving a point but destroying the point!

Like I stated before, “Christian love is not a feeling but a decision to act in the best interest of others.”

It is your move NFL and NBA.

MY ANGRY, MEAN ARTICLE

 

I love this country! America was hard-fought for to make it free and Lincoln died for America’s equality; so what did you do for America, NFL and NBA players?  Did you put on the uniform of the Greatest Nation in the world and strap a gun to your waist; and then prayed you would make it back home to see your children and spouse?

Hell no!

You went to college and got a multi million dollar contract. And, just because Obama, Hillary Clinton, and the rest of the democrats took a huge bite out of our country and then ripped it from one ocean to the other; you think their crap don’t stink and almost revere them in a sickening god-like admiration. While not realizing you are just another of their subservient puppets! 

Allow me to turn on the light switch in your darkened brain and wave the pungent smell of a rat’s rear end under your nose. They have mega money, you have mega money, and the only way to keep those dollars flowing into the elite’s pockets is to divide the working people of America.  They have been utilizing the divide and conquer mentality for eight years and are making sure it progresses today.  And like the rats they really are, they will jump a sinking ship while leaving you to drown. So when the American people, who fill the stands, buy the tickets and the merchandise, leave your sport destitute; don’t expect them behind you to give you an “atta boy” pat on the back.

You are nothing more than the puppet to an antagonistic puppet master.

I may be 55, but I have seen more in my life time than you will ever see in yours! I know racial division and racial violence.  And I am white.  I know what it is like for two black teen age girls to trap you in the library, an eight year old child, rough you up and then run away.  Do I hate black people? No I have Christian love for all colors of skin.  You see, I don’t take a bad incident and blame it on all people.  I blame it on the individuals who did the deed!

And I know what it is like to go hungry so that my children will have food, while working two jobs. Do I blame rich people for having more than me?  Once again no because I know Christian love for all people.

Now, put this in your over paid pipe and smoke it.

If Obama would have invited me to the White House, I would have gone because it is an honor to visit our nation’s capitol.  Would I run my mouth like a spoiled, little girl, just because I think Obama is a liar and an egomaniac? No, but you did!  And that is the difference between having class and having an over blown ego.

Rescind your invitation…at this point we should kick you out of the country!

Would you like to know just one of my reasons for not liking Obama, Hillary and the democrats?

I have a dear friend with stage 4 cancer and he has their healthcare, because he had no choice. So he gets to fly from Atlanta, Georgia to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for treatment.  Now he is a working class man and has to pay to fly there and back to get treatment.  He can’t have treatment near his home, no way, that would be too simple!

Gotta run the working man into the ground to fully take over our country and then it can easily be handed over to our enemies. It is called divide and conquer. Have you ever thought of that Mr. NFL and Mr. NBA?

So, how do those strings feel attached to your arms, legs, and mouth now, Mr. NBA and Mr. NFL?

By the way, could you do those chemo treatments Mr. NFL and Mr. NBA without your over-paid salary?  What do you think it feels like to have chemo treatments and then hop an airplane back home? I am sick of the division in our country.  Obama got 8 years and almost destroyed our nation! And you won’t give Trump four years to turn her around, because you are afraid he just might do it.  Then your token, golden President would be the scam, he was from the beginning.

Now I have something to ask the American sports loving people…do you know the power of your game ticket?  You could force the owners to make their players accountable for their shameful actions. Turn your tickets back in, get your money back, and demand better.  Once attendance starts going down so will their ridiculous salaries and so will their asinine actions.  They will begin to stand for the country who made it possible for them to earn these glorious salaries!  Respecting those who came before and who died for their rights.  

The Pittsburgh Steelers should be the first team charged 10 million dollars for not coming out of the locker room for our national anthem.  And made to forfeit the game. Steelers, go play for Afghanistan and see if you like it better over there! Or better yet, you go to Afghanistan and take the place of our 1/151st Air Reconnaissance Battalion and send them home!

And then for each team who had a player kneel, the owner should be charged 1 million dollars per player.  Put the money in a fund for young blacks who live in the slums for better education and small business advancement. Now there would be your change!

Of course these players still need to come to the South to learn some good manners! And I for one will be willing to teach them!  Respect, honor, and Christian love for one another is the only way to turn things around. Creating more division, has Satan dancing on these player’s graves.   Cause he thinks he owns them, while they are being blinded by one of the greatest liars of our time.  

Yes, I have done some name calling in this article and I will probably spend more time in my prayer closet asking forgiveness.  Because it is my total frustration with these players and not being able to treat them like the indignant child, they have become. These players are an embarrassment to our nation within the world-wide community.

And I for one, am tired of them!

We have so many problems to solve and better ways to solve them, if they would open their minds to the possibility of Christian love for one another.  Even for a President they do not like…I did it for eight years.  

So American People This Will Only Stop With You and The Purchasing Power You Have In The Tickets and The Merchandise!
